Hola Amigos! I know it’s been a while since I posted and that’s because I’ve been trying to rebrand my website. I’m pretty sure you can notice the changes , I love it too and I’ll definitely share the story behind the upgrade soon. Today I just wanna talk about my skincare products and my daily routine..

Healthy skin is something everyone desires for. Irrespective of men or women, everyone wants to have a beautiful, glowing, and flawless skin. But not all follow a proper skin care routine to achieve it.

A good skin care routine is very important to achieve a healthy and flawless skin.Following the right skin care routine helps our skin to safeguard itself, by preventing the damage caused by external factors mainly smoke, dust and dirt. Sometimes it’s not just the external factors, our skin also gets affected by various internal factors as well as the food we eat to the medications we take for various illness, our skin takes a big blow. All these factors make the skin such a subtle part of the human body and demand extra care. On our next skincare post we will share more on the types of skin and how to maintain a flawless look.

Steps:

I always wash my face with the Noxzema daily deep pore cleanser and I love it. It is very good for all skin types and keeps the skin clean and fresh. I use this product both day and night.

This is my favorite product! Yass! It is the secret behind my glowwwwww! It contains certified organic ingredients like the witch hazel, tea tree oil extract and all. I use it everyday cause it’s magical.

After cleansing my face, I apply this moisturizer to my face. I use this product twice daily to keep my face from drying out. I like this product cause it helps clears breakouts, it doesn’t clog pore and it’s not greasy.

I actually don’t use this scrub daily but I apply it once a month. My face is very sensitive and dry so I try not to exfoliate much. Although, I always use my Clio cleansing brush everyday to wash my face and I super love it.

And most importantly, Stay hydrated!!!

Hello from the other side,

So the weather decided to change the whole outfit I had plan to wear for today’s post, but as a badass fashionista lol! I came up with the James Bond look, I honestly had nothing in mind I just combined what I could easily find.

Based on my previous post, I said I was going to introduce myself, it’s just funny how the whole introducing myself brings so much memories of interviews I’ve done. Here goes nothing.

I am Oluwatomiwa Mercy Olugbamila, The Fashion, Lifestyle, Culture blogger for TheDarkCaramel. Most times I go by the name Tomiwa cause Oluwatomiwa is just too long.

Tomiwa is a Fashion lover,Finance Enthusiast and also a Lover of Christ who loves musics, movies, shopping 🛍 , styling outfits, reading (I ensure the content of what I’m reading interests me or I’m definitely not going to finish it), I also love site seeing, food! How can I forget that, and I also enjoy networking with people with the same like minds (don’t get me wrong there) I definitely mix with everyone. I’m also a great listener/adviser.

MY FIRST BLOG POST|| The French inspiration.

Welcome to “TheDarkCaramel “.

I’m extremely excited to write here today based on the fact I don’t know what to write * rolling my eyes* well, that’s a lie I do know what I’m writing.

It’s exactly 12:48am, I’m so behind my schedule for my first post and I’m trying so hard not to fall asleep. I’m Oluwatomiwa Olugbamila Oluwasoromidotun, you can call me “Triple O”, lol I’m just kidding don’t call me that.

This is my first time posting so I’ll just introduce my blog.

“TheDarkCaramel” is just a name I came up with one random day and I tried thinking of a name for this blog, but it just keeps popping in my head so I’ll just stick with it. This blog is going to be all about Fashion• Culture • Religion • Travel• Adventure…… lots of great things to expect actually.

This is the place I get to express myself and get to learn from every reader of this blog. I’m really happy I got to write something today even tho its seems like nothing, lol! Just stay updated and you won’t regret it.
