Currently listening to ME! By Taylor Swift.
Hello, my lovely readers! Welcome to the month of August. It’s been a while I’ve been here, so I decided I had to write something to start this month.
Well, I’m just going to tell you what I’ve been up to this past few weeks of being away.
Lately, I’ve been trying to balance my whole life and trying to figure out so many things, and honestly, it hasn’t been so easy. I have so many ideas in my head, so many things plotted out but I’ve been holding back.
You know that feeling when you know what you want to accomplish, but you’re just waiting for inspiration or perfect timing. Tbh! Based on my opinion there’s nothing like perfect timing or a certain inspiration. If you have an idea, I’ll tell you to conceive it and not wait. Why? If you keep on waiting, believe it or not, someone else has that same exact idea and would take that step before you do.
July was indeed a great month for me, cause I actually did learn a lot from the whole keeping to myself and waiting for the certain inspiration. I also had so much fun and all. I took a trip to NYC and I’ll definitely be writing about my experience and places to visit if you have it on your bucket list.
I hope and believe August will be a blissful month and would bring so much than we can expect from it. Lol! I feel like a motivational speaker right now. Ouuuuuukkkkrrrr! *Cardi B’s voice *
Yass! If you’re reading this part right now, I just want to say thanks for taking the time to go through this.
On the brighter side, let’s talk about what I’m wearing. I’ve been planning this outfit in my head since ehn! And yea, I I finally wore it. I’m wearing a maxi mustard yellow dress from FOREVER21 paired with a leather slider slippers I got in Africa (Nigeria), which was hand made, with a bag I thrifted from Goodwill. All accessories worn was from AliExpress.
Did you enjoy reading this? Have you been holding back a lot of ideas or goals you should have achieved? Or have you gone ahead with them and you’re seeing progress? Share your thoughts in the comments section and let’s talk about it.

Welcome back T! Very inspiring advice, and beautiful dress. Don’t take your foot off the gas pedal now.
Hello Sunshine
I really enjoyed reading your article. It made my heart warm😌..Honestly I’ve been really low this past months , at times I consider myself a bipolar disorder. Procrastination and thinking of other people’s ideas got me feeling lost and guilty. Activities I supposed to execute are becoming a 3 days task to implement.. Trust me it has not been easy, because I might say I’ll do this today and later feel dejected. Things I used to value before are now unpleasant in my eyes . But this August I’m hoping it will be better, because I’m being optimistic and praying things will go as planned. It feels good having someone to relate certain issues like this.. God bless you❤️.
I look forward to reading your articles again🙂.

Good write up, and yeah procrastinating is all too familiar. I should start writing down plans and ideas to serve as a reminder
